Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the s9asia platform. By registering for or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out in this document.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the s9asia platform through our official website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document, along with our Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines published from time to time.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the s9asia platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms will be deemed as your acceptance of the updated terms.
The s9asia platform is intended exclusively for users aged 18 and above. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the s9asia platform. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. s9asia reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure compliance with platform policy.
Registering with false information, another person's identity, or any unauthorised details is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension or closure without any form of compensation.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. s9asia will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the s9asia support team immediately via the live chat in your account for further assistance.
User Responsibilities & Prohibitions
Users are prohibited from using the s9asia platform for any unlawful activity, including fraud, money laundering, system manipulation, or any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities on the platform. The use of third-party software, automated bots, or any method designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
Users are also prohibited from sharing their account with any other party. Each account is for the sole use of the registered individual. Any breach of this restriction will result in immediate action being taken against the account in question.
Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
All financial transactions on the s9asia platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via approved payment methods including FPX (Malaysian bank online transfer), TNG e-Wallet, and other local methods available in your account.
S9asia does not accept any form of payment intended to conceal or legitimise funds from illegal sources. All transactions are subject to internal security checks and may require additional verification at the platform's discretion.
- Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to the chosen payment method and may change from time to time.
- Withdrawals may only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet verified in the name of the registered member.
- S9asia reserves the right to suspend or void any transaction suspected of involving fraudulent activity or that is in breach of platform policy.
- Any taxes or charges associated with transactions are the user's sole responsibility under applicable Malaysian law.
In the event of a transaction dispute, users are required to contact customer support within 30 days of the transaction date for an investigation to be carried out.
Account Policy, Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
S9asia reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the account is involved in fraudulent activity, breach of terms, promotion abuse, or any activity that undermines the integrity of the platform.
Upon account closure, any valid remaining balance (subject to investigation) will be processed for return to the user via the original payment method within a timeframe determined by s9asia. Accounts closed due to fraudulent activity are not eligible for any balance refund.
Limitation of Liability
The s9asia platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. s9asia is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions, technical delays, or data loss.
S9asia's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, graphics, text, software, and other materials on the s9asia platform are the exclusive property of s9asia and are protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, republish, or use any material from this platform without prior written permission from s9asia.
S9asia's brand name, logo, and trademarks may not be used in any manner that could mislead the public or imply an official affiliation with any third party without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

The s9asia platform may contain links to third-party services such as payment processors. s9asia is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website or service. Access to third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms
S9asia reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on this page with the date of the latest update clearly indicated. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the s9asia platform shall be resolved through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for the resolution of any dispute.
